FUN ACTIVITIES ON WOMEN’S DAY

The residents of the Suncity Apartment on Sarjapur, near Iblur junction celebrated the International Women’s Day on 8th March in a grand way. Thousands of residents actively took part in a fun filled family evening in the apartment premises. The celebration of the event began in the evening and continued till night. Women folks were pampered with flowers, gift vouchers and mouth watering food.
Commenting on the event, Sachin Garg, a resident of the apartment said, “It was a huge successful event. We had complete blast throughout the event. The dance performance of the residents kept the audience enthralled through some of the scintillating dance performances. It was very well planned and executed by the organizing committee members.”
To add the entertainment quotient, senior women folks of the apartment exhibited their talent through bhajans and songs. Men sportingly participated in ‘fastest sari wearing’ competition and ‘sari fashion show’ which added to the fun element of the event. Ladies also put various food and shopping stalls. Audience enjoyed the home made recipes in between the events. The event was ended by a DJ performance and dinner.
