Facilities
Suncity provides incomparable facilities to its residents highlighted in the figure below. Some of these are fully available while some are under development.
The Square Suncity Playground
A 1.5 acre open playground is available to the residents of Suncity. This is un-paralleled in entire Bangalore and very few apartment complexes have access to such a huge ground.
This ground is utilized for various activities ranging from sports activities such as Football coaching, Cricket Tournaments, to organizing large events for its 1200 residents such as Children's day, Group Power Yoga, Kite festival, Diwali Mela etc. Several camps such as Pulse Polio, Health check-up etc are organized as well on this ground, so as to cater to a large number of residents.
Majisto Clubhouse
A 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, alongwith a 5000 sq ft swimming pool is available for various recreational activities.
Several facilities including a party hall, indoor games, spa, senior citizen's center, health facilities, library, ayurvedic shop, grocery shop, vegetable shop etc are available at the clubhouse.
Center Court
The Center Court provides tennis court, a volleyball court and kids play area. This is still under construction and should be available to the residents very soon.
Melody Play area, Shanti and Vishranti Garden
These three provide a volleyball court , garden area, lawn and sit-outs for various age groups. This is also under construction.
Smash Play Area
Cricket nets, a Basketball court and a Volleyball court is available in the Smash play area. Several slides and playing equipment is available for older kids between the age of 7-12 yrs.
Jivana Health Facility
A medical shop is available within the Suncity Campus. Medicines can be home delivered within the suncity campus. The shop operates late hours in the night.
Zephyr Court
A badminton court and a skating rink is available at the Zephyr Court.
Umang children's Park
This is a full fledged children's play area with variety of playing equipment such as various sized slides, see-saw, swings, merry-go-round etc
Utilities
Several utilities such as a vegetable shop, grocery store, pre-nursery school, beauty parlor, gymnasium, dentist, doctors clinic etc are available for the residents, inside the campus.
